We’ve partnered with Pure Gym to bring you the very best in fitness workouts to train your whole body. We have picked these eight exercises as they are compound movements which means they activate more than one muscle at a time. Compound movements are great for building strength as well as burning calories, they are generally the cornerstone of weight training.
For the exercises seen in the video, you are able to scale them up or down by using either the beginner or advanced option. Regardless of which option you choose you will still get a great work out and be able to push yourself. For each exercise we advise doing 3-5 sets of 8-12 reps depending on how new you are to training, remember to always start slow and build it up.
There will be more workouts coming from us in the near future so keep an eye on the screens and try them out! If you ever want to get in touch with us, please don’t hesitate contacting us on Instagram: @PeterPureGym and @JamieAnne_NutritionandFitness
