You will need a partner or a PT to complete this workout. Each combination should be completed for a 1 minute round followed by 30 seconds rest before going into the next round.

Sit up punches with feet interlocked
Jab, cross, duck, right hook, left hook, right upper cut
10 punches, 1 press up
