Using a generous helping of potatoes, onions and sustainable salmon, Proper Foodie bakes a delicious meal using just one tray. Using frozen salmon, you can achieve the same taste, quality and sustainability as fresh salmon and it can keep for up to 4 months. You can swap out the potatoes for other vegetables and adjust the cooking time accordingly.
We always suggest buying sustainable fish that has been approved by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) to ensure fish populations are kept at healthy levels for future generations.
