Complete each exercise for 30 seconds. Once you have completed them all, have a 30 second rest and then start again.
- Sit up twist
- Leg kicks
- Plank with knee raise
A great ab workout to throw in at the end of your workouts for a final burn out. Aim for 3 rounds or 5 if you are feeling really brave. The combination of different ab exercises will target your upper and lower abs as well as your obliques for an all round core workout. Pair this exercise with a calorie deficit and your abs will be popping just in time for summer.
