This high intensity workout is designed to burn fat and increase muscle mass. Great for keeping in shape over the winter period, when there’s lots of social events going on!

It’s a great workout routine to get into as it involves minimal equipment and can be adapted to any exercises and you can do it in any location – a busy gym, at home, on holiday, when working away.

It can be done quickly, so there’s absolutely no excuses for staying in shape in January!


  • Kettlebell Swing
  • Renegade Rows
  • Elbows to Hands Plank
  • Burpees

Complete each exercise for 40 seconds with 20 rest each exercise, then complete 4-6 rounds. Push yourself as hard as can for the 40 seconds so you deserve the 20 seconds rest.
