Peter’s new workout focuses on the ‘disco muscles’ so the muscles you will see when in a t-shirt or shirt at your Christmas party. Of course, doing this workout over time will help develop your entire upper body. One of the benefits of using the functional trainer the constant time under tension created by the cables, not only that you can complete this whole workout using only one piece of equipment which can save time if you only have 30 mins to workout.

Chest fly
Cable Row
Lateral Raise
Tricep extension

Complete each exercise for 3 sets of 8- 12reps.
