One year to 18 month maternity leave replacement starting May 1st 2017

 

Zoom Active Lifestyle Marketing, the largest fitness lifestyle media and marketing company in Canada, is currently looking to fill the position of Client Services Coordinator.

 

Working from our office in Toronto, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Working and collaborating with internal sales representatives from all over Canada
  • Coordinating advertising campaigns with fitness partners and their accounts
  • Processing contracts, invoicing, production forms
  • Develop objectives and project plans for Fitness campaigns; arrival of files, approval process, start & end dates, rotations, posting patterns, quality assurance
  • Coordinate ongoing communication within internal company departments
  • Coordinate resources to ensure deadlines are met for campaigns
  • Manage ongoing client relations- material rotation, special selections, amendments to contracts, memo to venues, monitor additional assets for the success of a campaign (samples, posting, decal placement, strategy of the campaign, quality assurance of the content)
  • Coordinate with studio printing and pricing for production with required booking information and paperwork
  • Coordinating the selection process for sales contracts, pre-selections, affidavits etc
  • Coordinate the approvals of campaign ads for a variety of networks regarding complaints, concerns and advertisers
  • Monitor shipping/arrival of material for campaigns across all Canadian markets and share information in all offices
  • Liaison with the finance team regarding billing requests, manual invoices, credits to outstanding invoices, provide documentation for regular audits.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 2+ years previous office coordination experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments
  • Strong organizational, administrative and negotiation skills
  • Sense of urgency for goal achievement; high energy
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office is required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong comprehension of the advertising and Media Industry
